Hello all.

My manager has asked me to research best practices for technical
writing/documentation. I have searched online and found best practices
for everything from teaching to developing golf courses, but nothing for
technical writing/documentation. If anyone can point me in the direction
of any books, articles, or web sites, I would appreciate it. Also, if
anyone has already developed best practices and wouldn't mine
sharing...tht would be appreciated too. Thanks in advance!

Annette
