My main problem with this question is that I'm always
tempted to answer honestly: "None of your damned business!"
I usually get a bit more tactful by saying something like,
"I really can't answer that question -- I know that if
someone had asked me this 5 years ago, I couldn't possibly
have predicted the new technology and skills that I
acquired during the past 5 years."
