I like your work ethic, Andrew, but you have to get over this tool war
thing. As far as PDF goes, you really can get the same output from
FrameMaker that you can get from Word, and with the same amount of fuss. I
would say, in this specific case, your client got screwed . . . though I
understand you did not benefit significantly because you did do the work and
suffer the frustration. Maybe it would make sense for you to take some
FrameMaker training or employ somebody who is handy with FrameMaker, if you
have to use that tool and if you continue to have such frustrations.

LOL! Yeah, same here with Quake II. Although, over the past year, most the
people who played have quit . . .. And, mostly, it was developers, client
support staff, and not IT. I've played some Half-Life. These games are an
enjoyable lunch-time distraction.
