I've used the "What's This Help Compiler" (WTHC) to track UI changes. I
don't do WTH. But, you can go to all the developer meetings you want and use
WTHC, and still miss changes of two varieties: functionality in new
dlls--WTHC only sees what you tell it to see--, and movement of some
functionality from one dll to another--this ought to be illegal. In both
these cases, the developers must inform you of the changes. Unless you run
diffs against their code, and that is not efficient, there are times when
you will be surprised.

Just let the developers know that you need to be informed about these
things, and keep reminding them. Then you won't be surprised.

I've omitted shortcut menus from the documentation. You should ask the
developers to tell you where they are, particularly if they are added later.
