Are you nuts!!!

The place I would start is in writing a good business plan.

Yes, twelve months after you open your doors you will look back and
realize it is a nice piece of fiction, but (and it's a big but) a
business plan will start getting you thinking about what issues you
are going to be dealing with.

You will look at business structure.

You will look at marketing.

You will look at business finances.

You will look at your strengths and weaknesses as a business.

You will look at a whole pile of other things too.

If you do a good business plan, at least you will dive in with your
eyes open.

If you've never written a business plan, take a trip down to your
local library and pull out a few books for ideas.
