I would find myself a good tax accountant on this one.
Alternatively, give Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency a call. They
could probably help you out.
Another organization that may be able to give you the goods is the
Export Development Corporation--a crown corporation that, I expect,
probably gets a lot of questions along this line.
