1. Have you checked the archives for responses to your question? It's only been asked a few dozen times over the past few years...
2. Have you checked the Adobe web site for white papers?(www.adobe.com)
3. Have you checked the STC web site for pointers to SIG web sites that might have this information? (www.stc.org)
4. Have you checked the FrameUsers list?
5. Have you checked the Technical Writing site at About.com?
6. Have you searched on "Word vs. Frame" at www.google.com?

That's not 10, but the information you want is already available.
