Hi,
this is my first posting, so hi.

Surely selecting 'Never' means that one is leaving oneself open to the
dangers of either:

(a) Meeting someone in the pub/bar/health club, explaining what a technical
writer is/does and then at some stage finding yourself saying "Believe it or
not, I actually had some input in the writing of that....."
or
(b) Spending the next six months in a human factors lab with a bunch of
manuals.

Is it right to say that if you have some contact with QA that you are, in
some way, via an intermediary, interacting with the end user?
