You know, as soon as I sent that email I got to thinking "someone's going to
search the Web for a definition and try to prove me wrong" so I did the
search myself. Never have I seen so many different definitions for the same
term! WhatIs.com had the most involved definition by far, but I'll agree
with David... the WinHelp context (carried over now into a flawed Web
context) is the dominant definition out there. Scary, yet not surprising.
