your work easier when you use our products."

This worked really well for me when I went to see a large customer. Because
I was actually at their site, I was able to see exactly what they were
talking about and provide a rough draft solution on the spot. Later, I
worked it up formally and put it into a document. The customers (and the
sales and support people for the account) were delighted!
