Sounds like a wonderful project! *vbg*

What I would do is first migrate all data to the one server by putting all
data into subfolders named after their old homes. This way you'll have all
the data in one place to work with, but still appropriately separated by
department/server. Then, look at the data and see what's what. Then plan
your renaming/moving/deleting nightmare accordingly.
