1) Custom page sizes in word are possible. File > Page Setup > Paper Size
and overtype the height and width.
2) Keep all margins, fonts etc the same. Both packages use styles so use the
same style names. You will find small differences in the typographical
settings for both packages, if you KISS you should be quite ok.
3) Word > File > Page Setup > Layout allows setting duplex headers
(different odd even) so you can do the same as Frame.
