Greetings Mara,

I agree with Jean, ForeFront's ForeHelp Premier ( www.ff.com ) is the best
help authoring tool around, period! I have been using it for approximately
two years and have successfully produced, from a single source, MS WinHelp,
MS HTML Help HTML-based help websites, and RTF documents (which you can edit
from most commercial word processors and DTP apps). It can also produce VB
Help and Java Help. Among many of its excellent features, superior even to
eHelp's RoboHelp, is its independence from MS-Word, its context-sensitive
tools, and project management capabilities.

My impression of ForeFront, Inc. as a company is excellent. Their sales
people do not pressure or try to convince you; they will not hound you like
other help tool vendors. They have excellent customer service and technical
support, and their software suite is reasonably priced.

Have fun,

Robert L. Stallard
