Customise an existing toolbar by adding the control to it.

For example:

I have a global template I call Wright-TW.dot. It has custom menu entries
for the menu bar. When this template is indeed loaded globally, I have my
new menu entries appear on word. This is also how the PDFWriter is able to
create a new entry in your file menu, and provide a custom toolbar.

Caveat:

Settings in the normal.dot and the document being used can override the
"default" settings of the global templates.

If I put it into to a global template I can run it from Tools > Macros
etc(if I select macros from global templates) but not from the toolbar
button which doesnt show. How can I get the toolbar button to show from a
global template?

I think the problem is the toolbar button. I create a toolbar button (via an
AutoOpen macro) which calls the "userform.show" macro .This toolbar button
doesnt load if the macro is in the global template except if I "open" it
from Explorer. However I can run it as explained above.
