What is the proper way to write *Hawaiian Islanders* ... that is how i
wrote it and my boss asked me to check the style.... looked in the
Chicago Manual, but maybe I am looking in the wrong place... pls respond
to me off-list as well, because i just get the digest.. TIA.... kari
