2. I try to avoid putting *job titles*, such as "system administrator," in
document titles. In many companies, the people who do the work wear many
hats and have diverse job titles. IMHO, a title such as "Managing your
Mumblefratz Debabelizer" works better than "Mumblefratz Debabelizer System
