Dunno if this will help or not . . . Here at IBM, we provide a list of
trademarks in the back matter of our manuals. Then, we mark *only* the first occurrence of the trademark (whether registered or not) in the text of the manual.

As far as I know, this is how it is handled in all the (many and multiple)languages into which our documentation are translated.
