I've done this. And in PDF. I created a separate PDF for each screen/form
and worked out with the developer a naming convention. Then whenever the
user asked for help, the appropriate PDF would open in a separate window. If
the user was not in a data-entry screen, the PDF for the appropriate menu
would open.
