Gary Blake and Robert W. Bly call this phenomenon the "Rize of -Ize".
People like -izing words. The only reason that this became an "Industry
Standard" is because many people think it makes them sound technical and
savvy.

Regarding your topic heading, I think you should begin you topic heading
with a verb, like "using".

Example:

"Using Bandwidth"
"Working With Bandwidth"

Or:

"Bandwidth Use"
