I sucessfully developed a small WML app using the free Nokia WAP toolkit
available at so that's worth a look.
Can't help with a frame plugin I'm afraid!

I'm just getting started with WML (Wireless Markup Language).
I need to find a tolerable WML editing software to create my first pages.
There are already some out there, including a big list at

Does anyone have any experience with any editors they like or dislike? Any
good advice?

(Of course, what I really want is to get a plugin for Frame, but I haven't
seen one yet.)
