For me it was learning the pre-set organisational library structures so I
could locate stuff to work on it. I think the first document review is the
best time to address their writing, until they are up to speed you edit
their stuff with them.

Then it all boils down to "How do I do this with this tool?" and "Why is my
formatting playing up?" therapy - so you point them to this list and let em
loose :-)
