Let me clarify... I would never tell someone "Hey, you moron, that's not the right word," I would kindly point out their "typo." :-) But in my head, it's not a typo, it's a misspelled word, or the wrong word altogether. Using "hte" instead of "the" is a typo. Using "you're" instead of "your" is not... to me, anyway. I guess I take "typographical error" too literally. :-)
