RE: PDF Not Downloading for Some Users?

Don't know if this is THE fix to the problem, but it
worked for me this morning: reinstall Acrobat Reader.

History: 

I upgraded to a new version of Internet Explorer last
week, on advice that 5.50.4806.2300 Service Pack 2 would 
help with virus problems. Next time I attempted to access 
a PDF using IE, up came a blank page with a graphic in
the corner. When I accessed the same web address using
Netscape Navigator, Acrobat Reader kicked off as expected.
My SysAdmin suggested that IE killed the Acrobat settings
when the new IE was loaded. Reloading Acrobat 5.0 solved
the problem.
