I use a small white board.
When it's full, I photocopy it at a reduced size, and then I have a piece of
paper with all of my whiteboard info and a margin area in which to write
notes.

Who's not being serious? I just saw a project manager use this very method.
He had drawn out the entire structure of a program on his whiteboard, and he
wasn't about to recopy the labyrinthine mess onto paper. So he took a
digital photo of the board and printed it out. Result: instant
documentation.
