OK...I'm weighing in on this discussion a little late (digest) because I haven't seen this "commonly used" term as yet:
Impactful, as in "Please identify any impactful items that other team members should know about." (i.e., items that may have potential _impact_ on others' work).
This is a fun topic--is anyone compiling a list? <g>
