RE: Word files to PDF (without printing to postscript)

1. Send back all .doc files with a "Cannot be read and will 
be ignored" note.
2. Wordpad (if your engineers are on Windows) can usually 
open Word files. 
3. Adobe offers an online conversion service for $99 a year 
(1st five samples free.) Word Office files are accepted as 
input.
