You missed a couple:

You need to know where the nearest Krispy Kreme is (gotta bribe those SMEs
once in a while)
You need to know how to take criticism (seeing your work edited by people
can be tough)
You need to know how to let go (sometimes projects will be re-assigned to a
co-worker)
You need to know how to laugh at it all - nothing irritates people more.
