We have just installed and started using a web-based whiteboard system for
video conferencing. Included in the system is a video camera on each leg of
the conference and we all share a whiteboard. This is great for the type of
specifications work we are doing now. The team is located across 4 or 5
states and in three locations here in Colorado. Its much cheaper than
flying and preferable to those long drives in the morning ;-D
