Good advice to learn more about web design. However:
(1) Webgrrls (at least a couple of years ago when they were still
non-profit) did not let men into any meetings except for social functions.
Of course, the website, which may have useful articles, is open to anyone.

(2) Webgrrls is no longer non-profit. Women may find their courses/meetings
useful, but those chapters who wanted to remain non-profit formed DigitalEve
(http://www.digitaleve.com).
