About six months ago I did the same thing and had the same experience. A user from offered to critique members' resumes and get back to them with suggestions for improvements. What I got back was a series of "I haven't had the time yet's" and then nothing. I finally figured out she probably needed templates for her own job, and conned some of us into unwittingly helping her improve her own skills. It was a hard lesson, but now I know..."don't volunteer nuthin"!

And about half the time, I never hear from them again. Not even a "thanks,
but this really isn't what I needed."
