Not since version 3, Bill. I picked it up then because they claimed to be
able to work with IGES files, which would make it really easy to get CAD
drawings into docs, and also get marketing label designs into the CAD
libraries. Since they lied through their teeth about that feature, I
haven't trusted them since.

pointers to articles on scripting Canvas for either Mac or Windows, and the
"Batch I/O" script looks like what you're asking for.
