As my present to the list for the holiday, I thought I'd leave with
you an email discussion between my lead developer and the product
support desk. Read is priceless, and I SWEAR, only the
names and product names were changed....the words are untouched.

I laughed by butt off. BTW...the developer referenced in this message
is the same developer that in a previous message from me some weeks
ago, ALWAYS returns his edits to my documentation within 24 hours.
Its a pitty he retires next Feb.

If I understand the question/problem correctly, then the answer is
below, if not then please rephrase and resend:

[editor...the next paragraph is a direct quote from my documentation]

You cannot use the arrow keys to go from field to field, you can only
use the TAB key (preferred) or the ENTER key to move from field to

The training material and job aids state these are the methods to use
to move from field to field. Using the arrow keys to go from field to
field is not an available option nor can it be.

Hope this helps.

[Developer] to John Posada:
As my school teacher granny used to say: "You give 'em books and give
'em books and all they do is eat the covers"

Pretty funny, huh? What is the lesson? Don't assume even the most
primative skills and don't assume that ALL developers consider
documentation is not needed.
