Hi all,

Does anyone have any books/articles/etc. on writing a task or role based
user guide as opposed to one organized by function? I have a pretty good
idea of what I want to do, but I would still like to see some examples, or
read up on it a little more, if possible.

TIA for the help!

Bonita
