I liked the "Agile documentation" piece and didn't mind the tone at all; I
also thought that it was full of common sense...but, I see why some people
might take offense: more agile documentation could ultimately eliminate
technical writing jobs. It would be like posting a message on a board for
truckers proposing that 50% of them voluntarily resign to ease congested
highways--probably wouldn't win any popularity contests there either.
