The most common type of documents I've seen in the 
past several years have been.........
 .... <drumroll>........ e-mails.

Of them, the most frequent (business-related) 
category has been ............
 ........ Meeting Notifications <ba-dump-bump!>

And the most frequent sub-category of them has 
been ........................
  ............ Meeting Rescheduling Notifications
 <Tsshhhhh!(cymbal clash)>
