Ugh! At my previous employer, we tried using Trainersoft 7. It created very,
very buggy output. The stuff it put out wouldn't work on both Netscape and
Internet Explorer, and sometimes had features that wouldn't work on either one!
It was very limiting, forcing you to do things "their way." I was very
unimpressed with its capabilities.

If I had my choice between using Trainersoft and hand-coding web pages, I would
certainly choose the latter. I would sprinkle the web pages with Shockwave
demos, if appropriate, created with Macromedia Flash or Director. In fact, you
