I will gladly give up the money - I just don't know how to approach
management and tell them what I have discovered without blowing myself up.

I think if I just let time go on she will do herself in...but then, the
Peter principle says she'll rise to her level of
incompetence...and stay there!

I really don't have a clue what to do. One thing I will not do is cover for
somebody who lies about their skills.

If I can't do something, I may still take on the task, but I will tell them
I don't know how, that I will learn, and might need help. Then, if they
still want me to do it we both know what to expect.

I don't ever say I can do something I can't and then hunker down and hope
nobody notices!

Ed
