We send the build + the dox to the translation service and let them do it as
part of the deal. They, in turn, internationalise the interface and
recapture the screen shots.

I didn't see any answers posted to this question, so I
will assume the email didn't get through and ask
again.
We have manuals with screen shots in them. The screens
are in English. Our manuals get translated into 9
languages. How do you handle this at your company?
Do you translate all the screens and take screen
shots?
Do you blur the graphic so it's 'generic'?
Do you leave out screen shots altogether?
