I'd answer "B" - I would explore alternatives,
and would add that in any market this is something
that I'm always actively doing.

Of course, right now the alternatives are more
limited than 18 months ago, but I'm always looking.

Subject: New TECHWR-L Poll Question

Greetings,

We've updated the TECHWR-L Poll with a new question:

If the TW job market were better, would you keep
your current job or change?

* I would keep my current job
* I would explore alternatives
* I would quit ASAP and find a new job
* Other/none of the above
