Dear All,

Just wanted to check with you on a conflict that I am facing and I know
it may sound minor, but I am again seeking your wisdom.

On documenting defect or enhancements in Release Notes, would you use:

This has been resolved ..

OR

This is resolved ..

Bearing in mind that I try to have a section (all in the past) with the
symptoms or the problem.

Then another section (all in present tense) detailing how the problem is
resolved (see, I can not even say here: has been resolved).

Please cc me on your replies for a faster retrieval.

Thanks and appreciate your feedback.

Esther
