Annamaria, you have made many valuable contributions to this list over the years, and this one is
excellent. I'm not writing just with a "me too:" what I've picked out of your suggested response is
"I look forward to doing business with you." I do think it's important to remind people that it *is*
business, and that business always involves some exchange of value.
