As an alternative to highlighting each row and pressing F4, you can also
highlight all of the cells in the table and just press Ctrl-Y.

Why are you pasting anything into the table? Just create a table, with its
text, then rotate the text in every cell. (In one cell, click right, and
select Text Direction, and select the direction you want. One by one,
highlight each row and press F4 to do it again.) Looks easy to me :)
