If you switch the view from Single Page to Continuous (View >
Continuous), you can copy the entire document in one swell foop. As
Stephen says, though, it won't retain the formatting.

Also, on February 21st, Simon North reported that there was a product
called BCL Drake® that can convert PDFs to RTFs while retaining the
formatting. I haven't used the product, myself. See
