The joys of outlining, for three reasons: it helps nonwriters overcome their
fear of blank pages, it helps organize thoughts into a coherent whole, and
it's immediately relevant for techie docs (think specs).

It's (imho) a frequently forgotten, but very useful, technique for
organizing information before there are 14 pages of random sentences
floating around in Word. Even good writers can use a refresher on outlining.
