Assertiveness is not Aggressiveness.

I find more often than not, large corporations tend to forget that. That
does not mean that cussing and yelling is appropriate all the time, but when
in Rome...

It works for them, let it work for them. I would fit in fine, but that
doesn't mean I would conform, it just means that I can tolerate change, and
tolerate a different sort of negotiation.

The only constant is change... If you don't like the store...DON'T SHOP
THERE.

Corporate culture is not for all corporations.
