I got handed an old workbook in Excel 4.0 format that needs to be updated
and modified.

Modification will be done in Excel 97.

The file has an XLM macro in it that needs to be removed.

Problem is, I can't seem to get at the guts of said macro to disable it.
That is, I can't see it in the Visual Basic editor and I can't see a macro sheet.

Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks.
