Buy them all a clue... I hear they're pretty cheap.

Seriously, maybe a different font than the body text,
or a very different point size... Italic may work as
well. I try to use rules below headers and above
footers - really thin ones - to make the visual
distinction, but if you don't want to add a rule, I
think a different typeface would be your best bet.
