I'm involved in an effort to introduce our group of developers to Java. We're having Sun come in and do on-site training over the course of the summer. I wondered whether anyone on the list has been part of a similar effort, or can recommend any good books / resources on ensuring that technology training is successful. I've searched the archives and found some helpful stuff, but nothing that specifically addresses how to shepherd a group through a big training effort.

Thanks very much.
