Both are correct. Although 'appendixes' sounds too much like an organ
harvest is in progress, so I also refer to appendices.

Speaking of splitting hairs in English. Is the plural of Appendix Appendixes
or Appendices? (I hope the consensus is Appendices cause that's what's in my
manuals)
