Printing to the Distiller just creates the PDF. When you want to print out some pages (on an actual printer), open the PDF in Acrobat, and do File Print, select your regular laser printer, and select the pages or page range you want.

Actually, what he is looking to do is print out specific sequences of pages
several times. So it'd be like printing out 20 copies of pages one, two and
three.
